Do we offer free trials?
We understand that you might want to just try out our tools before committing to any paid tier, which is why we include a 3-day trial before charging anything.
Are my payments secure?
All of our payments are processed through Stripe, which is one of the most secure payment processors out there. We do not store any of your payment information.
Do we support languages other than English?
We support over 95 languages for customer support answers. From Spanish to Japanese.
Can I get a refund?
If you do not like something and it has not been more than 7 days since your payment, you can send an email at hello@answerease.ai and get a full refund. No questions asked.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes you can! If there is any reason you’d like to cancel your subscription, you can do so yourself in the dashboard. No emails required.
What if Stripe isn't available in my country?

It absolutely is. We use a combination of AI and human curation to ensure that the answers we generate is not only unique, but also high quality.
